Steel discipline, Oklahoma work ethic.
AMP Precision Metal was founded in 2026 by Nathan Lillie, but the work started long before the LLC paperwork. Nathan spent five years as a commercial construction superintendent running crews, schedules, and installs across the country. Before that, he spent every summer through age 22 running his step-grandfather's hundred-acre hay operation: equipment, scheduling, and physical production work, every day, in Oklahoma heat.
That background is how the shop runs: find the real problem, engineer the fix, build it to last, stand behind it.
Today everything runs under one name from one floor in Ada: federal contract fabrication as a HUBZone-eligible small business, and commercial and ranch work for the country around town. Different customers. Same table, same welds.
